1.Roles
Your company is the controller of the personal data it records in SetsCheck. SetsTech processes it only to provide the service and on your company’s instructions.
2.Security
Data is encrypted in transit, sensitive fields are encrypted at rest, and access is limited to people who need it. SetsTech staff cannot see your company’s people or documents through the admin tools.
3.Sub-processors
Our hosting provider in the UK. We’ll tell you before adding any others.
4.Deletion
Your Company Admin can delete a person’s records after the retention period. When your contract ends, we delete your data after giving you time to export it.
