1.The service
SetsCheck helps your company record right to work and document checks, store evidence and get reminders. SetsCheck records the checks your company carries out. It is not an identity service and does not carry out checks itself. Your company remains responsible for its checks.
2.Accounts
You must keep login details private and tell us about any unauthorised use.
3.Payment
Plans are paid in advance by bank transfer. If your subscription ends, your account becomes read-only: you can still log in and download your evidence.
4.Acceptable use
Don’t upload anything unlawful, and only add people you have a reason to keep records for.
