1.Who we are
SetsTech Ltd provides SetsCheck. For the documents and details of people your company adds, your company is the controller and SetsTech is the processor. For company account and billing details, SetsTech is the controller.
2.What we hold
- Company and user details: names, emails, phone numbers, billing records
- People’s details added by your company or by them: name, email, phone, address, date of birth, job details
- Documents and check records, including right to work share codes
3.How we protect it
Data is stored in the UK on servers we manage. Share codes, dates of birth and document reference numbers are encrypted. Files are private and only opened after a permission check.
4.How long we keep it
Records are kept while someone works for your company and for two years after they leave. After that, your Company Admin can delete them.
5.Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or object to how it’s used. Contact the company you work for first, or email hello@setscheck.co.uk.
